It’s just 3 miles from Wadebridge and 4 miles from Bodmin.

There are lots of options to suit every style and budget. Foe example - just two miles away is Ruthern Valley Campsite that offers everything from glamping to pitching your own tent. Also on our doorstep is a spa hotel and lots of privately owned houses and B&Bs.

We have parking for those staying on site - up to six cars - and also for your chosen suppliers. For everyone else, we coordinate their taxis with our local taxi firm, Parnell’s Taxis. This means that everyone is able to get to and from the venue on time without any problems. A return journey to Wadebridge, our closest town, is approximately £10 - £12 per person, depending on the size of the taxi and where they are staying.

Our boutique house sleeps eight and then we also have our bridal cabin so the maximum number we can sleep on site is ten.

We asked for a signed copy of our terms and conditions and a booking fee of £1,500 to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 3 months before your big day.

Our venue accommodates 50. For each package, you can have an additional 10 people to the evening reception (from 7pm).

Absolutely. The cost to extend your stay in the main house is £500 per night and in the bridal cabin it’s £225.

Yes we do. We work with Jess who comes with a wealth of experience of coordinating and planning weddings in Cornwall.

Helen & David, the owners of Camel Studio, will be on hand from the point of booking and throughout your wedding weekend. They work alongside your wedding coordinator and a team of trusted and experienced colleagues to ensure you don’t need to worry about a thing.

We love live music. It needs to end by 11pm and then we can switch over to your favourite tunes played from our surround sound system or your DJ. All music needs to end by 12am.

We offer a range of options that we can discuss with you including a range of packages and also the option of corkage if you would like to bring your own wine and sparkling. All glassware, including for your meal, is included in the cost of your wedding package.

This is in addition to your package. Please see our recommended supplier list which is a great starting place to explore a range of fabulous caterers to suit different styles and budgets. The wood-fired pizza which we prepare for your evening food is £12 per person and we recommend that you work on the basis of two thirds of guest numbers.

We like to serve our pizzas informally on platters so that people can help themselves and taste a range of flavours.

We work with ‘Sperry Tents Southwest’. If you would like to include one of their gorgeous marquees, this is in addition to our package price. There are 2 sizes - the cocktail or a larger ceremony tent. The cocktail tent measures 24ft and is perfect for drinks and canapés on the lawn. It costs £800 (please note that drinks and canapés aren’t included in this price). The ceremony tent measures 24x44ft and costs £2,000. It can comfortably seat all your guests and is a perfect space to ensure you can have your ceremony outside, whatever the weather. The ceremony tent can then be used for drinks and canapés and offers covered seating throughout the day and also in the evening when it is lit with festoon lights.

We do but only the couple’s (up to a maximum of two dogs) and only if well trained. For any guest wanting to bring their dogs, we have a number of recommended dog sitters that live close by. Please see our recommended supplier list
