As Christmas approaches, the scents and sounds of the festive season will come to life at this themed feast night. Picture feasting by candelight on a rich-tasting and delicious menu prepared by Liam Smith-Laing. With the fire crackling and the candles flickering, it will be a cosy and comforting atmosphere with scrumptious food.

Enjoy canapés of:

Sweet & sour duck beignets; Salt cod fritters; Iceberg skewers, blue cheese, apple & pecan; Grilled flatbread, smoked yoghurt, pistachio & rose

Followed by a starter of:

Spiced lentil soup, crispy shallots, coriander

A main course of:

Roasted pork belly, sage, baked swede, fricassé of winter vegetables & chestnuts

Rounded off with this medley of sweet bites:

Mont Blanc, chestnut and meringue; Pecan pie, cranberry compote; Petit choux, salt caramel and chocolate; Caramelised panettone pain perdu.
