With Valentine’s Day around the corner, our focus has shifted to the warming Ecuadorian tradition of ‘El Día del Amor y la Amistad’ – the day of love and friendship. Embracing affection and camaraderie between loved ones – whoever they may be – it’s an inclusive version of Valentine’s Day, and we’re celebrating it in the best possible way at Camel Studio: with our Feast & Friendship Night.

Arrive at our wooden barn to canapés of Chicken Liver Parfait with Cornish Mead Jelly, Saffron Risotto Balls, Mackerel Escabeche, and Confit Leeks with Cornish Yarg, before being served a starter of Salmon Ceviche with Green Satsuma, Cucumber and Spring Onion. 

As you take your seat at long dining tables boasting sharing plates of Barbecued Pork Chops marinated in Sage and Yoghurt, Gratin Potatoes and Grilled Courgettes with Lemon and Herbs, you’ll be left with the cosy feeling of contentment. Settle in to the warmth that comes with the gathering of like-minded people, as you enjoy sumptuous delights crafted by Liam Smith-Laing, who’s worked as an executive chef in top restaurants all over the globe. The dining experience will be rounded off with Warm Fresh Doughnuts, Chocolate Ganache, Salted Caramel and Peanut Nougatine.

With the focus on fine food and friendship, feed your soul as well as your appetite, as you raise a glass or two to those friends, old and new.
