With the glorious summer weather set to stay for the weeks ahead, join us for our summer feast overlooking the beautiful Camel Valley.
Our summer menu, created by acclaimed chef, Liam Smith-Laing, draws inspiration from the finest seasonal ingredients.
Start with a glass of pimms on the lawn, whilst tucking into month-watering canapes of:
BBQ chicken skewers, tarragon & honey
Marinated halloumi, pickled cucumber & mint
Tempura courgette, tomato & black olives
Crab & avocado toast.
Then, as the sun begins to set, take a seat at the barn’s long tables, adorned with vases of bright blooms for a starter of:
Followed by a main course of:
Confit rainbow trout, seaweed salsa, charlotte potato salad
Rounded off with a dessert of:
Poached peach melba, raspberry ripple, basil.
